Special Service Laboratory has provided Lubbock and the surrounding communities excellent service, quality work and a timely turnaround. We are the only Certified Dental Laboratory in the South Plains region. Our goal is to help the Dentist succeed by producing a high-quality product for them and their patients. Each case is handled with special care by our experienced, professional, and talented technicians.
Special Service Laboratory offers a wide variety of removable services, including dentures, conventional partials, flexible partials, fixed restorations, such as crown and bridge, ClearSplint® bruxism appliances, and many more. Special Service Laboratory also specializes in the fabrication of the Nobel Biocare® All On 4 implant system and screw retained crowns, as well as Straumann custom abutments and screw retained crowns.
Special Service Laboratory can receive digital scans from iTero, 3Shape, Cerec, Promexis, and others.
